    Requisitos:
    • ESCOLARIDAD: LIC. CONTABILIDAD O LIC. AFIN
    • EXPERIENCIA: 3 AÑOS EN AREA DE CUENTAS POR COBRAR
    • EDAD MINIMA: 30 AÑOS
    • MANEJO DE SAE (INDISPENSABLE)
    • CONOCIMIENTOS CONTABLES/FISCALES Y CARTA PORTE
    • MANEJO DE EXCEL INTERMEDIO/AVANZADO
    • EXPERIENCIA EN TRABAJO BAJO PROCESOS
    • VIVIR CERCA DEL CEDIS DE FARMACIAS GUADALAJARA (Autopista Guadalajara a Zapotlanejo KM. 17 El Moral, 45417 Tonalá, Jal.)

    FUNCIONES:

    • RECUPERACION DE CARTERA (MAYOR A 400 CLIENTES)
    • RELACION CON MAS DE 30 CLIENTES INTERNOS (ESTO ME CONFUNDE)
    • FACTURACIÓN 4.0
    • NOTAS DE DEVOLUCION / NOTAS CREDITO
    • APLICACION DE PAGOS (COMPLEMENTO PAGO)
    • CONOCIMIENTO CARTA PORTE
    • GENERAR REPORTES E INDICADORES (CONCILIACION Y DATOS FISCALES)
    • IDENTIFICAR PAGOS VENCIDOS
    • CONTACTO CON CLIENTES PARA COBRANZA/ CANCELACIONES
    • NEGOCIACION PARA LIQUIDAR ADEUDO
    • IMPLEMENTAR PROCESOS PARA MEDIDAS PREVENTIVAS DE COBRANZA
    • INFORMAR SOBRE LAS ACTIVIDADES DE COBRO Y ESTADO DE CUENTA
    • CONCILIACION DE COBRANZA CON CLIENTES
    • ESTABLECER POLITICAS Y PROCEDIMIENTOS DE FACTURACION
    • INTEGRACION DE EXPEDIENTES PARA COBRANZA JURIDICAASESORIA TECNICA Y CAPACITACION A LAS AREAS VINCULADASCOMPETENCIAS LABORALES:
