Únete a nuestro equipo para seguir construyendo juntos nuestra historia de éxito.Descripción del puesto Como Gerente III, Adquisiciones, será responsable de planificar, dirigir y coordinar las actividades de los compradores, oficiales de compras y trabajadores relacionados involucrados en la compra de materiales, productos y servicios.
Funciones y responsabilidades del puestoDesarrolle estrategias de compras que se alineen con los objetivos de la empresa y optimicen las actividades de compra.
Gestione todo el proceso de adquisición, desde la identificación de proveedores y la evaluación de sus ofertas, hasta la negociación de contratos y la garantía de la entrega a tiempo.
Supervisar múltiples equipos de compradores, oficiales de compras y trabajadores relacionados, brindando tutoría y orientación para lograr los objetivos de desempeño.
Mantenga relaciones sólidas con los proveedores existentes y potenciales para garantizar los mejores términos y condiciones posibles.Analice las tendencias del mercado, así como las innovaciones y capacidades de los proveedores para garantizar que la empresa obtenga un valor óptimo en las actividades de adquisición.
Implementar y supervisar políticas, procedimientos y sistemas de adquisiciones para garantizar un proceso eficiente y bien estructurado.Colaborar con otros departamentos para identificar y abordar las necesidades de adquisición y garantizar la alineación con los objetivos generales de la empresa.
Supervisar y evaluar el desempeño del departamento de adquisiciones e iniciar medidas correctivas si es necesario.Manténgase actualizado sobre las leyes, los reglamentos y las mejores prácticas de la industria pertinentes para mantener el cumplimiento y la eficiencia en las operaciones de adquisición.
