Responsabilidades o actividades:
Proporcionar recomendaciones a las operaciones en cuanto a los tiempos óptimos para las actividades fuera de línea.
Procesamiento de solicitudes de tiempo libre a corto plazo, incluido el tiempo libre el mismo día, así como el control de la línea de asistencia de los empleados.
Ingresar excepciones en tiempo real en el software WFM que se alineen con los estados de actividad del agente (entrenamiento ad hoc, 1:1 u otras desviaciones del cronograma).
Mantenimiento básico del sistema de telefonía, incluida la resolución de problemas y la apertura de tickets con los proveedores.Requisitos o experiência:
Experiência mínima de 1 a 2 años realizando actividades de WFM en Call Centers. Conocimientos prácticos y cumplimiento de todas las políticas, procedimientos,Pautas y prácticas de PyC y WFM.
Conocimientos básicos de GSuite (Docs, Sheets, Pages, etc.) así como de ExcelHabilidadesCapacidad para manejar información confidencial y delicada de manera coherente con las políticas.
Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente con una supervisión mínimaBuena comunicación interpersonal, incluida la comunicación escrita y verbal a todos los níveles, incluidos, entre otros, agentes, personas mayores, gerencia y liderazgo sénior.
