- Dirigir y coordinar al equipo de moldeo y taller de moldes para garantizar la calidad, el cumplimiento presupuestario, la programación de la producción y la satisfacción del cliente.
- Asegurar la mejora continua de procesos, maquinaria y del área de moldeo a través de todo el equipo.
- Administrar los gastos, presupuestos y compras para el área de moldeo y taller de moldes.
- Supervisar el mantenimiento preventivo de moldes y equipos a través del equipo técnico.
- Liderar proyectos de transferencia, evaluación y desarrollo de equipos para el área de moldeo.
- Establecer sistemas robustos de trabajo con el soporte de los departamentos internos.
- Brindar apoyo en diversas actividades dentro de la empresa.
- Seguir de cerca los procesos PEAK, SEAL y proyectos de productividad.
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de los estándares ISO y la integridad del sistema de gestión de calidad.
- Experiencia mínima de cinco años en moldeo por inyección de plástico y enfoque en mejora continua.
- Trabajo con moldes de alta cavitación y manejo de sistemas de Hot Runners y Cold Runners.
- Experiencia en entornos de manufactura esbelta y conocimientos en moldeo, ensamblaje y empaque.
- Graduado en Ingeniería Mecánica, Electromecánica o campos relacionados.
- Dominio avanzado del idioma inglés para entornos empresariales.
- Experiencia en moldeo científico y certificación como Master Moldeador.
- Visa estadounidense vigente y disponibilidad para viajar.
- Conocimientos básicos en finanzas y experiencia en gestión de proyectos de nuevos productos o tecnologías.

Como Gerente de Moldeo, tienes la responsabilidad de liderar al equipo de ingenieros, supervisores, técnicos y taller de reparación de moldes en el área de moldeo. Tu misión es colaborar estrechamente con el departamento de materiales y producción para establecer prioridades, definir actividades y alcanzar las metas de producción, mejorando la eficiencia y reduciendo los tiempos de inactividad en el proceso.
