About the role...As the Strategic Operations & Engagement Senior Manager, you'll lead compliance efforts, drive talent development, and optimize processes for our Mexico operations.
Collaborating with leadership, you'll ensure regional success while enhancing organizational culture and efficiency.If you have a strong background in regulatory compliance and operational management, this role offers an impactful opportunity to drive our company's success in Mexico.
Responsibilities Development plans ensuring compliance with local and global regulations related to employees and business operations for your regionAnalyze historical and organizational data to determine actions to ensure professional development and satisfaction within the team in MexicoEvaluate the effectiveness of current and future processes, enhance talent acquisition and team management providing these insights to the Exec Leadership TeamDevelop strategies in partnership with the HR team and Benchmark Digital Mexico Leadership Team to ensure regional success internallyEstablish processes for preventive and corrective actions to be taken to ensure that the company operates according to what is legally required in Mexico (including customer and supplier contracts, employment contracts and benefits among others)Provide professional advice and council to the Leadership Team regarding any operational or legal concern for the Mexico Global LocationServe as team operations manager for the Global Location Leader to provide leadership and coordinate actions as needed according to the company's objectives and goalsWork with the Mexico Leadership, leveraging the HR and Operations groups to transform organizational culture to achieve a competitive advantage or address a significant challenges.
Work with the Mexico Leadership for organizational development and increase team efficiency.Establish efficient process with the Operations team to ensure KPI ́s and goals accomplishment. Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management, Human Resources or a related field with experience focused on the areas above
Qualifications and Experience 5+ years of relevant and provable experience in Talent/Organizational Development, Operations Management or related rolesExcellent knowledge of legal requirements and proceduresExcellent written and verbal English communication skillsHighly analytical with strong attention to detailsProcess and program improvement focusedStrategical thinking, critical and understanding according to company's core principles and best practices.
