Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and grow the engineering team, ensuring project deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.

Collaborate with the global leadership team to align on strategic priorities and execution.

Product Development:
Oversee the design, development, and improvement of EDDY Pump products.

Collaborate with the R&D team to innovate and refine our patented EDDY Pump technology.

Quality Control:
Ensure engineering processes adhere to industry standards and best practices.

Continuously evaluate product performance, recommending modifications as necessary.

Cross-functional Collaboration:
Liaise with sales, marketing, and manufacturing teams to align on product specifications, ensure timely delivery, and meet customer requirements.

Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to source high-quality materials.

Budget Management:
Oversee the department's budget, ensuring resources are utilized efficiently.

Evaluate and implement tools, software, and technologies that can enhance the engineering process.

Reporting:
Prepare regular reports on engineering projects, performance metrics, and department achievements for senior management.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. A Master's degree will be considered an advantage.

Minimum of 7 years of engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Proven experience in pump design, manufacturing, or a related industry.

Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.

Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with EDDY Pump products and technology.

Strong proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools.

Excellent project management skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Flexibility to travel, as required.
