WHAT TO EXPECT
As an innovation leader, we look for ambitious, forward thinking, open-minded and well-rounded individuals to join our global team. Located in our Toluca Plant, you will be HR Analyst

Key responsibilities:

Manages terminations or voluntary separation process to include explaining polices/procedures to employees, responding to questions, participating in interactive discussions with employees.
Provides administrative support for HR disciplines including staffing, employee development, compensation, benefits and employee relations
Maintains personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirements.
Handle and provide personnel information during internal or external audits
Maintains Oracle (HR Gate) information up to date
Performs other duties as required and assigned.
Maintain Ipower as Corporate training and admin tool
Coordinate communication programs
Supports the onboarding process
Implements environment/wellness programs
