HR Manager - Plant Operations (Labor Relations)


Eager to advance your career with a prominent global automotive company? We are looking for a dynamic individual to join us as the HR Manager for our plant operations.


Role Summary:

As the HR Manager, you will hold a key position in our organization, reporting directly to the CEO.

Our people are our greatest asset, and you will oversee fostering a positive and productive work environment where everyone contributes to achieving our mission and goals.

Cultivating corporate values and fostering a positive culture is a crucial aspect of this role.


Key Duties:


  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues, including labor relations and union negotiation.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization, with special focus on labor relations and negotiating with unions.
  • Nurture a positive working environment.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

Requirements and Qualifications:


  • Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Thorough understanding of labor law and HR best practices.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar HR Executive role.
  • Peopleoriented and goaloriented.
  • Demonstrated expertise in HR metrics.
  • Familiarity with HR systems and databases.
  • Ability to design strategies and possess leadership skills.
  • Strong active listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Capability to build and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels.

Pay:
$80, $100,000.00 per month
