The main activities for this position are:

  • Prepare different documents to send to homeowners (violations, escrow packages, notices, newsletters, etc.).
  • Run endtoend process in ARCs.
  • Keep the community's agenda updated, process clubhouse bookings, parking space permission, etc.
  • Support the Community Manager with any other particular project.
  • Back up on phones.

Schedule:
M to F 11:00 to 20:00 CST

Daylight saving: 10:00 to 19:00 CST MEX

Requirements:


  • 2 years of experience with administrative roles.
