Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a _
Production Supervisor _

Reporting to the Production Manager, Production Supervisor role involves_
Responsible for directing the manufacturing operations performed in a shift or group of production lines, ensuring they reach volume, quality and cost goals._

What a typical day looks like:

_ Troubleshoots/analyses_ operational problems and advises on their resolution. Holds regular discussions with operators to coach performance and improve operational _understanding/capability._

- _ Listen to and evaluate ideas for plant improvements and work with qualified engineers to develop project proposals to encourage improvements and changes._
- _ Responsible for the production of several processes/lines in a highly technical environment_
- _ Prioritizes production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply in order to meet customer requirements._
- _ Initiates and participates in process development and cost improvement projects._
- _ Assists in department budget planning and manage department expenses._

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

_ BA/BS or equivalent work experience._

- _ Experience as Production Supervisor._
- _ Experience in SMT, PTH and BACKEND lines._
- _ Follow up to production orders._
- _ Knowledge of production control systems (Serials, flows, traceability)._
- _ Experience in electronic manufacturing._
- _ Availability of schedule._
- _ Personnel management._
- _ English is also a plus._
