LATAM Digital Project Coordinator

TEMP 1 YEAR)


Which is the main objective of this role?
Project Coordinator for a LATAM Digital Transformation Product deployment. This role will require senior engagement across the LATAM, including Commercial, IT and Transformation Leadership Teams.


Its main activities will be coordinating project management activities for the deployment of a global Pepsico Digital product (PepsiConnect/MiNegocio+) in a joint effort with functional teams: defining and tracking work planning milestone/activities, facilitate stakeholder management, risk management, managing project governance, issues reporting, coordination between Global/Sector and Local Teams, etc.

What will you be doing?

Digital Transformation Project Coordinate:


  • Create and maintain project management deliverables for the Customer Digitalization digital program expansion deployment such as: build and manage workplans/milestones/timeline, project charters, project risk and issue log, document change management and lessons learned. Ensures project is delivered on time, within budget and with measurable quality results
  • Implement and maintain the overall established Governance between Global/Sector/local teams
  • Manage Latam's project coreteam deliverables, understanding the endtoend vision across all work stream involved in the project (e.g. product, IT, processes, change management, GBS, etc.)
  • Collaborate with global product team to build business requirements roadmap, to ensure timely deliverable of business requirement, integrations and, in consequence, enhanced product for each country in scope for 2023 (Colombia, Brazil, Dominican Republic, Mexico), with the potential addition of Chile, Argentina, Peru and Ecuador.
  • Support in the definitions and timeline for the delivery of Suggested Order algorithms, by working closely with the global and sector stakeholders of the Smart Selling project
  • Support local teams in setting up and preparing materials for Sponsor meetings, ensuring timely communication of status, roadblocks and decisions needed to be made.
  • Support Digital Transformation Sr. Manager in preparing materials for Customer Digitalization deployment updates in Latam's Digital Council
  • Support Digital Transf. Sr. Manager in the strategic definitions and cost estimations of integrating Customer Digitalization to the Smart Warehousing, TCT, Dynamic Dispatch and CRM projects
  • Collaborate daily with S&T, CCO, and IT Leaders in Latam and OUs, and when needed with Ops and CMO teams to ensure proper integration across projects
  • Support the transformation of our Digital Sales, closely monitoring NR uplift and shift from traditional to digital sales in the TT channel of the countries deployed
  • Value realization: Work closely and provide input to Global and CCO teams managing reporting structures and documentation, ensuring the correct value adding KPIs are measured and communicated

Who are we looking for?

Education/Requirements

Experience Required:

  • 2+ years of experience in project management across multi functional teams
  • Proficient English speaking skills due to the high interaction with the Global Digital Product Teams
  • Bachelor's in engineering, Finance, Business Management, System and /or Administration Technology Management
  • Experience managing a culturally diverse stakeholder group
  • Strong analytical background, with an ability to analyze complex problems to find actionable, pragmatic solutions.
  • Preferable but not mandatory having a project management certification (PMI or Agile
  • Scrum methodology)
  • Software Experience:
  • Need to manage office 365 tools (Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams)
  • Availability to Travel within Latin America countries
