OUR CLIENT:
Their team provides customized management and financial services to special districts, municipalities, and community associations. They deliver custom approaches and solutions for clients to create a trusted and valued long-term partnership.


ACTIVITIES:

  • Handle a high volume of incoming calls (first point of contact).
  • Process work orders through CRM.
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to homeowners about HOA rules, Architectural reviews, accounting questions, billing, maintenance, etc.
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.

SCHEDULE:

  • Monday to Friday.
  • The client will assign your schedule between 7 am to 6 pm.

Requirements:


  • 3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Experience handling American Customers
  • Strong writing skills.
  • Strong deescalation skills.
  • Advanced English is a must
  • Experience in billing or collections is a plus
