Objective

Oversees maintenance of processes in order to reduce maintenance downtime and keep product flows and production lines running at maximum efficiency.

Main Responsibilities

Lead maintenance crews in the installation, corrective and preventive maintenance of equipment used throughout the plant, facilities and utilities.
Oversees maintenance of processes in order to reduce maintenance downtime and keep product flows and production lines running at maximum efficiency.
Leads teams of maintenance mechanics, electricians and robotics in predictive, preventative and corrective maintenance in all productive equipment's.

Position Requirements

Bachelor's degree IM, IME, IMA, IIS, ICC, IEC
Advanced English
Maintenance Systems, SAP, SRM, TPM.
Automation expert. Robot (FANUC)/ PLC (SIEMENS).
GMAW / TIG / Resistance Welding.
Tooling (Fixtures).
Cold joining technologies (SPR, riveting, clinching).
Knowledge in IATF 16949 & ISO1400
