Accountabilities & Authorities:

Perform inspections and ensure product conformity (check after rework).
Record inspection results in industrial digital tools as required.
Knowledge in Torque, Riveting, Crimping processes (desirable).
Maintain inspection records and documentation by component, assembly and vehicle.
Participate in joint customer inspections.
Prepare approval and shipping documents.
Monitor proper calibration of critical equipment and instrumentation used in inspections.
Follow up on NON Conformities, KPI's and Process Additions.
Interpretation of mechanical / electrical drawings.
Knowledge in coating on fastener types.
Knowledge in troubleshooting tools.
Knowledge in electrical, mechanical, piping and interior design equipment (automotive, railway).
Intermediate level English

Requirements:

Engineering
Electromechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Mechatronics.
Must be able to read blueprints/specifications and be familiar with a variety of test equipment.
Over 1 year of quality inspection experience in the manufacturing industry.
Knowledge of the processes and products supplied on the project.
Experience in railroads "plus".
Rotate shifts
Knowledge in Office (Excel)
