Currently we are looking for our next:

Sales Productivity & Process Excellence Coordinator

Which is the main objective of this role?
Create and identify opportunities to generate efficiencies in the sales value chain through process optimization, innovation tools, data analysis, project management and connect with relevant stakeholders and other team leaders (e.g. Finance, Operations, Controllership) for the successful conversion of each productivity opportunity.

Generating efficiencies that translate into savings for the company and having a direct impact on sustainability.

What will you be doing?

Identification of opportunities to streamline processes within the sales value chain formats

Execution:

Design, Map, Redefine processes across the sales value chain to unlock efficiencies and potential automations

Execution:

Definition of the scope and strategy of the project, integration of the team and definition of the budget

Execution:

Management in the resolution of problems and making key decisions within all the projects of the track for which She/he is responsible

Execution:

Decision making to maximize benefits and reduce risks / create contingency plan

Make Decisions:

Participation and leadership in kickoff sessions and training

Execution:

Cultivate a Productivity culture within the Sales organization and beyond

Execution:

Ensure adherence to the required Project methodology (_execution on time within budget and activities_)
Execution:
Ensure appropriate support from relevant stakeholders (Sales and support functions leaders) towards identifying and driving productivity results

Execution:

Validation of the communication plan and project performance monitoring.

Qualifications:

Who are we looking for?

Bachelors Degree in Engineering/Administration or similar
Excellent communication skills (written/oral) in English and Spanish

- +4 years of relevant experience (managing large projects/programs, portfolios)

Experience with Process optimization methodologies or Operations Management
Sales & Distribution knowledge highly desired
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/ Black Belt preferred
