Accrural Support Analyst

Your Tasks and Responsabilities:
1) Plan and lead the coordination and follow up the services required for maintenance, installation, uninstallation, reinstallation of the injector equipment and accessories, heaters devices that are held on accrual condition with authorized customers, ensuring timely and proper programming with service providers and delivery of the spare parts required.


2) Manage documentation (physical and electronic) through leading the administrative areas of the service providers to get service sheets reports, installation/uninstallation letters, records of each accrual equipment, service quotation, keeping a record to have the traceability of the useful life and services provided to every equipment and agreements with the clients.

3) Manage and control the inventories of all the devices, heaters and other accessories and spare parts required, to have their traceability and align the records in the existing bases as service accrual platform, internal inventory control.

Assure the accurate service provider inventory control as well as monitor and control of the depreciation process and filing of respective documents.

5) Define the best service accurate of the Accrual Directive, follow up and coordinate with the service provider the required service reports, generating the consultant and suggestions to the sales force and clients involved, improving and assure the accurate communication with all the key players in the service process to improve the time and investment of services.

6) Execute improvement projects related to inventory control of equipment and spare parts for monitoring and traceability of the accrual installed base at the national level, collaborating with local service providers and regional collaborators for the implementation accrual control systems such as Sales Force platform and collaborate with the technical projects to improve the services administrative implementation.

7) Impulse and coordinate the reviewal of the accrual devices demanded by the Sales force team to generate the device's forecast and ensure the stock to use for the assignment for the clients authorized.


8) Generate the service statistics and Key performance indicators (kpi's) to track the service level agreement of all the service generated during the year and give the status and recommendations as a consultant during the sales business review, local radiology staff managers and staff managers of the services providers.


Who You Are:

  • University degree: Administration, Industrial Engineer, Biomedical Engineer or similar
  • Experience of management services, client services, management databases and follow up administrative process and documentation control (minimum 3 years)
  • Knowledge of ERP-SAP N8P ( desirebly )
  • Advance knowledge of Microsoft 365 (excel, word, power automate, power apss, etc) and advanced experience in database management and control.
  • Intermediate level: Fluent in English
