Low-code Software Engineer
Software Allies is a KMS Company with offices in Guadalajara and Ciudad Guzmán, Mexico.

We succeed in using our agile Nearshore MX delivery model that allows our teams to collaborate in proximity on strategic projects and accelerate delivery.

Besides software development and testing, we offer a suite of custom Salesforce services.

How you contribute:

Capture and clearly articulate requirements: work closely with the Onshore team/ Customers in order to prioritize different working items.
Communicate with customers to understand business/ technical requirements and manage questions/clarifications.
Develop and/or configure solutions that meet customer's needs with mínimal traditional coding needed, following established timelines, development standards and quality processes in projects.
Realtime troubleshooting and fixing of "live" profiles using given proprietary toolset Provide technical responses & resolutions to the customer's request & defects within the agreed SLAs;
Maintain and advance internal technical documentation for the Global Development Team

Qualifications

Final year student/ new graduate/ less than 1 year of experience with good technical foundation knowledge (OOP, Algorithm,Database) > Final year student/ new graduate/ less than 1 year of experience.
Familiarity with at least one programming language or scripting experience (Java, Javascript, C#, Python) > Passion for at least one programming language or scripting experience (C#,.Net, Java, Python)
Theoretical knowledge of software development good practices and basic software design patterns
Outstanding attention to detail
Clientoriented and a collaborative spirit
Productivity and performance focus
Problemsolving skills and solutionoriented attitude Analytic and algorithmic thinking.
Ability to work independently and in a team setting
Good English communication skills both verbal and written > Good English skills (especially reading and writing)
