Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field
At least 5 years of experience as Engineer of Rotary Press machines.
English level advanced
Visa available (desirable)
Preferably posses' knowledge on Medical Devices regulations such as ISO 13485, FDA CFR 820 and similar regulations

Major Responsibilities:

Analyzes, develops and revises Rotary Press Process for new or existing products to implement NPIs or improve KPIs for existing part numbers.
Analyzes and revises existing processes to minimize waste and maximize productivity through product design, material selection, tooling selection and upgrades, assembly methods and materials.
Evaluates existing equipment and equipment requirements and makes necessary recommendations to management.
Assists in developing onthejob training for employees. Provides training as directed.
Assists with performing root cause analysis of customer complaints and nonconfirming material.
Performs and assists with qualifications, validations, and capability studies as needed.
Assists Manufacturing/Process Engineer as needed.
Responsibility for delivery of complex cross functional projects.
Identifies and communicates projects risks to leadership team along with clear recommendations for resolution or mitigation.
Manage all elements of the product launch process including process development, process readiness and execution of gotomarket plans.
Work with operational stakeholders to drive detailed plans as appropriate.
Develop best practices to facilitate high quality product releases.
Understand the scope and operational requirements and impacts of all cross functional teams for each launch.
Assist in the attainment of product revenue growth and attachment during the initial postlaunch period trough the development and implementation of new product marketing programs and enhancements to value proposition messaging.
Demonstrates accountability and diligence for Quality activities such as CAPA, NCR actions, Customer Complaints, Field actions.
Follows and complies with Boyd internal procedures based on Medical Regulations.
Other responsibilities may be assigned per Business needs.
