- Manages Warehouses, Shipping, Receiving areas & Logistics areas, and provides technical knowledge in areas of responsibility, team support and engagement.
- Ability to identify and lead projects to positively impact the area KPI's
- Take ownership of areas of responsibility with a hands-on approach to root cause analysis and problem resolution while leading team to fact-based decision making
- Responsible for effective engagement and communication with stakeholders from different business areas – nationally and internationally to identify business needs and requirements
- Through his direct reports ensures that payroll and overtime is paid accordingly.
- Ensures that all training and training documents are provided and up to date.
- Monitor that 5S standard is reinforced.
- Monitor Inventory Accuracy.
- Ensures the shipments of finished goods and all needed products.
- Monitor Cycle counts and inventory adjustments.
- Ensure that Manufacturing has the Materials and tools required.
- Establish Day's on hand for site.
- Support in scrap reduction analysis.
- Support with new projects and drive cost reduction initiatives.
- Adhere to HIQMS and MDSAP Requirements.
- Work with other Departments to increase employee engagement.
- Monitor and coordinate incoming and outgoing sales Orders.
- May perform miscellaneous tasks/projects as directed by manager.
- Bachelor's Degree in work related field
- More than five years of work experience in Logistics/ warehouse areas and personnel management
- 3 year of experience in / or (SCM / Planning / Exterior Commerce / foreign trade)
- 100% bilingual Spanish / English
- Knowledge of Office (Advanced Excel) and ERP Systems
- Passport / Visa a must.
