    Objetivo de puesto:
    Servir como puente entre las áreas de producto, tecnología y negocio impulsando la toma de decisiones, desde la estrategia, la priorización de productos, atención al cliente y gestión de riesgos a través de soluciones creativas y pragmáticas.

    Como parte de Rappi, serás responsable de:

    Actividades y responsabilidades:

    • Apoyar, rastrear y medir iniciativas de alto impacto para resolver los problemas más críticos de la empresa utilizando datos y generando información
    • Ayudar a definir y medir objetivos, OKRs para áreas de productos, tecnología y negocios
    • Realizar análisis ad hoc, construir tableros y ensamblar modelos estadísticos
    • Ayudar a gestionar varias iniciativas comerciales, brindando transparencia a todas las partes interesadas, tomando el ownership para garantizar el éxito haciendo uso de datos.
    • Ser el Punto de Contacto entre Analytics y Finanzas para asegurar el buen uso de los datos e impulsar el uso de los mismos a lo largo de la organización.

    Requisitos:

    • Comunicación efectiva (especialmente escritas)
    • Lic. en Econompia/ Actuaría / Finanzas (Deseable Posgrado/Maestría)
    • 4 años de experiencia en SQL ( Python/R son un plus)
    • 3 años de experiencia en Power BI
    • Facilidad en construir modelos en Excel/Google Sheets
    • Experiencia previa en posiciones similares con grandes desafíos analíticos (estrategia, consultoría, finanzas, operaciones, etc...)
    • Uso de Slack / Jira / Confluence / Bitbucket (Deseable)
