As a Culture Transformation Senior Manager for LATAM region, you will lead the Culture Strategy, plans and initiatives across the Latin America Network in partnership with the People, Culture & Strategy Global Team and the support of local Culture Communities.


What you'll do for us

  • Be responsible of employee listening strategies in the Latin America region and build networks across the system to harmonize strategies where feasible.
  • Analyze qualitative/ quantitative engagement data and connect it to other sources of People Data, like PE, Catalyst, to create plans across the OU in partnership with the Strategic Business Partners.
  • Be responsible for the development and implementation of local and global organization programs to better develop culture practices and run behavioral change experiments.
  • Influence Organization Senior Leaders to develop a Culture versus an Engagement Mindset and support the Business Transformation Journey through compelling dialogues and projects.
  • Support LATAM Leaders in developing, designing, and facilitating sessions where appropriate to improve culture and engagement metrics (e.g., L4G, ExLT Gatherings).
  • Develop culture strategies and solutions, either independently or in partner with SBP's for larger impact.
  • Co-Lead Change Management and Organizational Development practices across the LA OU in collaboration with EA, Extended Leadership Team, and the Extended HR Team.
  • Be responsible to build People and Organization narrative for Culture, Leadership and Talent under People/Human Centric principles.
  • Orchestrate the Culture Network to effectively cascade down the LATAM Culture Strategy (Zone & LATAM Workstreams).
  • Support The Coca-Cola Company (TCCC) and system EVP in partnership with Bottling Partners.
  • Continuously looking for external culture and engagement practices. (Outside in)
  • Steward our LA Change Management.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Ability/experience in development of culture & transformation strategies. Ability to manage diverse and multiple stakeholders in a matrix organization.
  • Ability to understand, balance, prioritize and develop compelling approaches to best meet the needs of the business.
  • Capacity to effectively deal with ambiguity and continuously execute with an MVP Mindset.
  • Assess business needs, trends, and implications.

Experience & Background

  • 12+ years of Human Resources experience, Change Management, Consulting, Organizational Development in a multinational company.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Strong analytical and storytelling skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management.
  • Proven people leadership.
  • Should be technology savvy and able to work effectively in a digital first world.
  • Able to hold their own with Senior Leadership.
  • Project management.
