-GENERAL SUMMARY

Will be directly responsible of the output of the line while coordinating the activities with the services department and managing with efficiency any emergency that may occur.

To succed with the production goals

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
35 years of experience in production management.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND CERTIFICATIONS

Autonomous
Highly objective driven and oriented.
Good technical skills.
Team Player
Strong communication and coordination skills
Bilingual 80%
Hands on mentality
OEE Understanding
Lean Manufacturing Techniques.
Knowledge on Fabrication Processes

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate production supervisors.
Maintain production operations, equipment and program.
Develop and coordinate quality control to reduce and/or eliminate quality problems.
Good communication with customers and services departments.
Meet production goals.
Any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the department supervisor.
Performs activities related to safety.
Participate in compliance with the QMS (Quality Management System) determined for their role in relation to the standard ISO9001: 201
Comply with safety rules according to the function.
Comply in time planned trainings related to Quality and Training.
Identify and report any quality and compliance issues and support corrective actions.
