    Job Description:

    • Monitor backlog, Inflows and Outflows at interval level against the WFM Plan
    • Guide Partners in real-time to correct deviations from staffing levels.
    • Coordinate with Partner Managers & Internal GPS as needed
    • Handle Incident Response & Ticket Handling during & post-Incident

    The ideal candidate has +3 year's experience in Real-Time Analysis or Leadership!. He/She should be able to communicate effectively with people at all levels externally & internally within our organization.
    A strong analytical mind that can identify emerging trends measure impact& use good judgement! Familiarity w/Tableau MS Excel / Google sheets Zendesk reports software proficiency w/Tymeshift Verint.
