We ensure smooth operation of Core network services, Network Monitoring tools, and Security infrastructure.     About the Role

    As a Senior Network Engineer, you'll be leading network infrastructure management and development, collaborating closely with expert architects and engineers. Your responsibilities include monitoring and supporting network infrastructure, automating tasks, optimizing efficiency, and exploring new cloud services and tools to enhance our network's reliability, cost-efficiency, and security.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Support successful implementation of network automation projects
    • Design and implement Network infrastructure automation solutions
    • Ensure seamless operations of network and security infrastructure
    • Provide technical input for network infrastructure discussions
    • Develop test plans and project timelines
    • Create innovative solutions and write code daily
    • Identify and resolve key technical issues
    • Stay updated on DevOps technologies and best practices
    • Participate in on-call rotation and incident response support
    • Perform other necessary duties as required

    This role is for a teleworker position, giving you the flexibility to work from any location within Mexico, with a preference for Mexico City. As part of the compensation package, equity awards may be granted based on various factors.

    Who You Are

    • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
    • 7+ years of Network Engineer experience
    • Proficiency in IPv6 and network automation tools
    • Experience with cloud security and infrastructure automation
    • Skilled in networking technologies and automation
    • Willingness to travel occasionally

    Technical Skills:

    • Certifications in network/security technologies
    • Certification in cloud providers
    • Experience with AWS networking, IPv6, and more
    • Knowledge of Linux, containers, and cloud APIs
    • Proactive problem-solving approach
    • Experience in researching emerging technologies
