Multiplica Talent is looking for you We are a human resources consulting company focused on recruiting digital and technology talent. We are excited to meet an Agile Coach who can help guide teams towards Agile methodologies and support the growth and improvement of the company.

As an Agile Coach, you will collaborate with employees at all levels and roles, leading teams towards a deeper understanding and adoption of Agile practices. You will work closely with the Business and Development teams to build these solutions.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

Assist the team in adopting Agile frameworks and practices.
Provide training and coaching on Agile practices.
Mentor team members in Agile principles.

Experience required:

Demonstrated experience as an Agile Coach.
Experience with digital transformation.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and Design Sprint.
Experience with tools such as Trello, JIRA, Miro.
Desirable: knowledge of Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Lean Management.
