    • Ingeniería en Sistemas, Licenciatura en Informática o Similar (Título y cédula requerido)
    Experiencia


    • Mínimo 3 años como consultor de Monitoreo con soluciones BMC Software
    • Contar con experiencia en implementaciones de los componentes de la solución TrueSight Operations Management y BMC Helix Operations Management
    • Experiencia en la personalización e integración de las soluciones de monitoreo de BMC con Remedy ITSM o Helix ITSM
    • Experiencia en transferencia de conocimiento a clientes y/o capacitación
    • Inglés Técnico (Necesario)
    • Inglés Conversacional Fluido (deseable)
    Funciones Generales necesarias


    • Implementación de soluciones BMC Software de la línea de monitoreo, principalmente TrueSight Operations Management y BMC Helix Operations Management
    • Documentación de memorias técnicas
    • Documentación de pruebas
    • Generación de presentaciones
    • Soporte Técnico a productos de monitoreo TrueSight Operations Management
    • Generación y actualización de planes de trabajo
    • Facilidad de comunicación verbal y escrita
    • Habilidad para el análisis de problemas y resolución de estos
