- Coordinate, maintain and improve the quality management system (customeroriented, support and management process)._
- Coordinate internal, external and customer audits, and lead the closure of nonconformities._
- Promote quality culture based on applicable international standards (ISO 9001, IATF _
- Coordinate document control._
- Lead root cause analysis and action plan to respond nonconformities._
- Perform audits, including closing findings, creating results reports, and determining appropriate corrective and preventive actions._
- Coordinate metrology laboratory._
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of technicians and quality inspectors.
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering or related technical field 3 years of Quality Engineering experience
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 / IATF Strong computer skillsMicrosoft Office
- Intermediate English (able to maintain conversation)
- Core Tools knowledge.
- Experience on metrology (GD&T, Metrology training).
- LEAN/Six Sigma knowledge.
