Join the Financial Planning Americas team.

Support the integration of Mexico, US and SA by helping to develop financial processes and analysis to support strategic initiatives and performance improvements.


Main Responsibilities

  • Coordinate & Consolidate the Annual Budget and Business Plan Process
  • Consolidate Americas financial and operational performance
  • Key Financial Metrics tracking system, volume, EBITDA, NWC, RoA, etc.
  • Work closely with plants finance teams to understand drivers of variances to budget and prior periods
  • Collaborate with different departments finance, operations, sales and strategic teams to achieve business objectives by reporting Cost Improvement Projects and KPIs Operation Dashboard, etc.
  • Evaluation and implementation of projects to streamline and automate systems/process
  • Manage cost controlling of Central Staff areas/PD

Position Requirements

  • Education:
BS in Engineering or BA in Finance

Master in Finance or MBA - desired

  • Experience:
3-5 years of relevant work experience in areas such as Finance, Commercial, Purchasing, Industrial Engineering, Program Management or similar.

  • Technical Skills:

Languages:
Excellent Spanish and English skills are a must

  • Others:
Experience working with SAP, Tableau, BW & Jedox is desire
