We are currently looking for a Procurement Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities

To provide direction, instructions and guidance to the different operational procurement teams. He/she will be in charge of monitoring team members, KPIs, report monthly the performance through a dashboard.
Challenge current tools and process to manage the operations. Assist with stakeholder needs.
Manage relationships with Procurement bodies and stakeholders or suppliers.
Manage the team identifying talents and best fits inside/outside the team, guiding the team through their career path.

Required Skills and Experience

Strong Procurement knowledge and delivery/technical knowledge

Asset management

Strategic thinking

Procurement track record

Strong influencing and change skills

Ability to create and manage relationship GBU level

Entrepreneurial, proactive, leadership, teamwork, team coaching, competitiveness
