    Country: Mexico

    Location: Monterrey Technology Hub

    This position is for an Administrative Specialist and Staff Coordinator at the Monterrey Technology Hub responsible for various activities such as communication, travel scheduling, visitor management, reports, presentations, agenda handling, and staff support. The role involves coordinating important site events and providing administrative assistance to senior management.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Administrative support for Monterrey Technology Hub
    • Managing agendas for top engineering managers
    • Preparing expense reports and administrative documentation
    • Coordinating visits logistics
    • Organizing key events, transportation, and cafeteria services
    • Ensuring compliance with ethics and company requirements
    • Supporting communication meetings and internal communications
    • Managing purchase orders and conference rooms
    • Preparing reports and executive presentations

    Basic Qualifications:

    Bachelor's Degree or Engineering background

    Advanced proficiency in English

    Over 2 years of administrative experience

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Excellent business understanding
    • Ability to lead events and workshops with diverse teams
    • Effective storytelling and communication across different organizational levels
    • Engagement in cross-functional and cross-cultural environments
