    RESUMENControlar el proceso de producción, supervisando el flujo continuo del proceso


    RESPONSABILIDADES DEL PUESTO:

    Cumplimiento con el programa de producción en cantidad y siguiendo los estándares de calidad especificados, de los productos al más bajo costo.

    Administración de recursos humanos, supervisando las distintas actividades del personal. Mantener un ambiente de mejora continua. Seleccionar, capacitar y reconocer personal a su cargo, seguimiento de personal. Asegurar el cumplimiento de las políticas de la empresa. Asegurar que se cumplan las reglas de orden, disciplina y limpieza en el área de trabajo. Mantener el área de trabajo sin riesgo de accidente. Mantener un mínimo de scrap (el 0.5% o menos). Reducir los gastos del tool crib.
    CALIFICACIONES Escolaridad carrera técnica, deseable ingeniería (electrónica, industrial, electromecánica o a fin). Conocimientos en tecnologías de manufactura. Dominio técnico conocimientos y experiência mínima de 2 años en área de manufactura, ingeniería de calidad. 2 años en área de manufactura, ingeniería de calidad. Deseable conocimientos en procesos, capacitación. equipo control de materiales, APIC. Inglés 50%. (Deseable). Manejo de equipo de computo (paquete Office). Capaz de trabajar bajo Presión. Capaz de trabajar en equipo. Disponibilidad de horario. Capacidad de análisis y sentido común. Solución de problemas y Negociación.
