    Schneider Electric esta buscando un Supervisor de Manufactura en Tlaxcala.

    Esta posicion es temporal a un año, sera contratada directamente sin intermediarios.

    ¿Quéestaráshaciendoenestaposición?

    • Administrar los recursos humanos y materiales personas sindicalizadas a su cargo, manteniéndolos seguros y sosteniendo 5 Ss
    • Lleva a cabo los proyectos de mejora de líneas de producción (a través de análisis causa raíz, mejora de procesos con herramientas Lean manufacturing, productividad, ergonomía, aplicación de SPS y SIM) y coordinar a empleados de áreas diversas
    • Entrena a personal sindicalizado de ingreso y promueve flexibilidad y rotación
    Qualifications

    Estetrabajopodríaser paraustedsi:

    • Carrera: Ingeniero Industrial, Mecánico o afín titulado
    • Experiencia: Recién egresado o idealmente 1 año como supervisor de producción
    • Disponibilidad de horario: Posibilidadde rotación en los 3 turnos
    • Idiomas: Ingles Intermedio indispensable, capaz de mantener conversaciones con hablantes nativos
    • Otras habilidades: Conocimiento en normas ISO, Six sigma, Lean manufacturing, herramientas de calidad, análisis de datos y digitalización
