_ Responsibilities:
_

  • Responsible for E2E operational execution and customer experience on data collection (CDM) and financial claims (FCM) areas.
  • Lead tactical execution as the front line for partner and stakeholder inquiries and issue resolutions and reporting
  • Deep functional expertise on process and capability features and market nuances
  • Language based functional partner support
  • Collaborates with operational team and business stakeholders to gather business requirements, supporting the design of new or improved processes and understand business/partner impact.
  • Acts as a project manager for moderately complex, small to medium projects.
  • Provides guidance and leadership to entry level employees.

_ Education and Experience Required:
_

  • First level university degree or equivalent experience; may have advanced university degree.
  • Typically 46 years of experience in a business related function, preferably finance, accounting, or compensation.

_ Knowledge and Skills:
_

  • Advanced communication skills (e.g. written, verbal, presentation). Mastery in English and local language as well as other languages as required.
  • Ability to work as both a member and leader of a team
  • Solid understanding of internal business processes and policies.
  • Developed business acumen and understanding of accounting concepts.
