About the Opportunity

As the leader of the Fleet team, this position plays a key role to ensure that Discova meets and exceed its goals in operation excellence.

The Fleet Leader will have the overall responsibility of the fleet's everyday tasks:
Fleet efficiency, SOPs' are followed, constant cost and budget control and we deliver superior customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Assign daysoff and permissions for drivers
Complete and present weekly P&L report to Fleet Team Leader, including efficiency improvements.
Followup the insurance policies of the company's vehicles and make sure to have them up to date.
Vehicle license plates process and assignment.

The Essentials:

Engineering or bachelor's degree in mechanics or related.
Minimum 3 years of experience in leading a conveyor team.
Proficiency in written and spoken English fluently
The national language would be an advantage.
Proven track record in successful conveyor handling and excellent business efficiency.
Demonstrated leadership and ability to foster teamwork by promoting diversity and inclusion.
A leader who has used his negotiation skills, motivation, creativity, and proactivity in the increase

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to be flexible and implementing change when needed.
