HR Generalist:

Scope:
Corporate Offices and Sales Team

The Human Resources Generalist provide advice to Line Managers and employees on a variety of processes and situations to maintain healthy working relations with our people.

About the Role:

The HR Generalist/Specialist supports the implementation and administration of all HR programs and activities.

The role works within well established guidelines and under readily available advice of other HR professionals to provide general HR support to the organization.

What You Will Do:

Supports the HR and/or line organization to provide professional HR support in all operational/administrative HR processes. These may incl. various or single aspects of recruitment, training, organization development, data collection and employee relations programs Secure, that activities are carried out according to agreed HR processes and policies and are compliant with legal requirements
Acts as speaking partner to HR and/or line management/employees providing expert assistance and guidance for assigned activities
Propose local adaptation to harmonize and/or improve process delivery
Contributes to overall HR process delivery with input or as process member.
Applies and maintains relevant tools and system.
Contributes to a service culture to fulfill the service level agreement
This position has a scope to support aprox 350 employees (corporate offices and sales team nationally)
Handles employee complaints, employee grievances, employee concerns, employee discipline, etc.
Properly handles of Terminations of whitecollar employees.
Controls, reviews and keep record for all payments.
First point of contact with employees.
Handles the resolutions of all the external demands in conjunction with External Attorney.
Coaches and trains whitecollar operations partners on HR policies, processes, programs and strategies.
Stays updated on employment law and employment law trends.
Prepares and consolidate HR KPIS
Support or leads HR related projects (some complex projects are foreseen in 2022)
Builds capability partnering with line managers, HR colleagues, and others business partners to jointly deliver business objectives and resolve issues. relationship building, employee/labor relations, etc.
Supports the internal communication plans
Manages internal communication tools and programs
Promotes and expands of positive employee relations in the offices.
Support other HR activities according HR Site Manager guideline.

Who You Are:

We are looking for a seasoned HR professional with HR generalist experience in commercial environments in Mexico.
Essity has very high ethical and compliance standards and this role is critical in maintaining them, our HR Generalist is a role model for this.
The position requires fluent English, several business meetings and regular exchange with global teams expected in 202
Middle Excel skills
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Engineering or another related field.
2 years prior experience in Human Resources such as HR Generalist, or Personnel Administration
2 years prior experience in FMCG companies

Analytical approach and results oriented.
Good Interpersonal and Negotiation skills.
Tolerance to frustration.
