Responsibilities:


Associate Analyst, IT Service Mgmt - Change & Release Analyst

Main purpose:

2. Release Management Analysis. This role works closely with Functional Release Managers across IT in North America and some global teams. This role involves governance and oversight of North America and global releases and integration with the change management process.


Accountabilities

  • Helps drive Change Management & Release Management compliance and operational stability through review, approval and scheduling of changes.
  • Assists in the preparation and review of changes/releases to support the cross functional review and Release & Change Management process.
  • Monitor mylT Services process queues and SPA mailboxes to ensure timely resolution of incidents and tasks
  • Proactively analyze process execution, and help identify areas for continuous improvement
  • Attend weekly Change Advisory Board meetings and assist team member with change management followup and CR approvals
  • Attend Monthly Release Advisory Board meetings and assist team member with release management approvals
  • Develop an understanding of service management & ITIL processes and how they are leveraged to deliver value to customers.

Qualifications:

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or other related field.
  • 12 years overall IT experience in Application and/or Infrastructure Planning and Deployment
  • 12 years of IT Change Management and/or Release management experience
  • 12 years of Project Management
  • Nice to Have 13 years in Service Management (ITIL Process, tools)
