    We are seeking a talented Quality Assurance Manager to join our Quality team for our Power Systems Business Segment in San Luis Potosí, Mexico.

    In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

    • The Site Quality Leader adds value by building an effective team, managing daily operations, or supporting initiatives that enable the function, business unit, or customer to achieve their business goals.
    • Manages and may lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of subsets or all aspects of the plant's quality system.
    • Oversees improvement teams to ensure goals are achieved and reported (e.g., Right First Time [RFT] improvements, cost of poor quality, Product Quality Council) for the site.
    • Ensures quality assessments and audits are conducted on-site in accordance with the plant's quality system.
    • Responsible for ensuring site products and processes meet initial and long-term quality standards (specific customer requirements, Advanced Product Quality Planning [APQP], Production Part Approval Process [PPAP] documentation submission, etc.).
    • Champions continuous improvement initiatives at the plant by utilizing industry-proven methodology; Core tools.
    • Manages the Six Sigma process at the plant (examples: tuning facilitator, Master Black Belt [MBB] acting in the plant, establishing certification progress and tracking, etc.).
    • Establishes quality priorities and requirements when implementing new technologies at the site level.

    To succeed in this role, you will need the following:

    • Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics, or related Engineering degree.
    • 5 to 7 years of experience in a quality role in manufacturing processes and continuous improvement.
    • Preferably a minimum of 3 years of managerial experience.
    • Experience in personnel management and development (Team management of a minimum of 5 people).
    • Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing, 7-step problem-solving, Six Sigma, etc.
    • Experience with Core tools for continuous improvement.
    • Experience in ISO quality standards, UL SSA, SGS.
    • Experience in launching new processes.
    • English: Advanced (Conversational).
