- Stays available to receive outbound and inbound phone calls on delinquent accounts, resolving delinquencies by negotiating payment arrangements that will benefit both NMAC/IFS and customer.
- Researches and finds a solution for customer ́s disputes, questions and concerns related to the account status.
- Maintains standard delinquency percentages and clearance ratios for individual portfolios, thereby achieving standard scores on Quality Assurance phone monitors.
- Must be able to utilize all tools available and creatively investigate all possible leads.
