Job summary
Develop and lead the OT governance and compliance strategy ensuring alignment with NERC CIP requirements internal policies and evolving regulatory obligations Own the OT risk management process identifying and documenting cybersecurity risks control gaps and mitigation plans across operational technology environments Develop maintain governance documentation including OT-specific policies standards procedures ensuring they reflect regulatory changes industry best practices Prepare executive-level reports presentations communicate OT governance compliance program status audit outcomes emerging risks to leadership Serve as primary liaison between OT teams regulatory bodies internal audit functions clear communication accurate evidence gathering Drive resolution problems high complexity cross-functional scope Lead team-wide projects activities Represent team communications clients within wider organization provide technical expertise Develop train newer team members Support implementation strategic direction initiatives drive team improvement initiatives
