Role Responsibilities

This position will assume, during your work shift, the 24x7 monitoring of all customers subscribed to the Monitoring Service, reacting in the first instance to possible problems that may occur.

He/she will assume 24x7 support tasks, performing the basic follow-up of support incidents that may arrive by mail and/or telephone.

He/she will actively collaborate in the attention of remote management requests from customers.

He/She will support in the generation of periodic or punctual reports to customers. Due to your visibility

Minimum Requirements

Knowledge and proven experience in networks and TCP/IP, as well as operating systems of type Linux/UNIX.

Knowledge of Firewalls, Routers, Switches, SIEMs

Experience programming and managing Access Control Systems.

Experience working in a Security Operations Center (SOC)
:

Knowledge and experience in common tools for troubleshooting, both standard and provided by the different manufacturers, as well as the methodologies used in solving problems.
Experience working with PALO ALTO platforms (CORTEX, STRATA).

Fluent English and French.
