Bachelor's Degree completed.
- +5 years of experience in Logistics, Operations or Quality Assurance roles.

  • Previous experience opening traditional market routes, from distribution and sales perspective.
  • English Intermediate-Advanced.

This role will play a very important mission in Amazon Last Mile by creating alliance with mom and pop shops who will be part of Amazon delivery channel.


The objective of the Field Sales Manager is maximize revenue by recruiting mom and pop shops that can be part of Amazon Last mile logistics, these partners must be located across the country.

You will work with a sales force whom will convince these small shops to participate in Amazon Last Mile Delivery Program explaining to them benefits and responsibilities obtained.


The individual must be a strong sales leader and experienced in managing a rapidly scaling sales organization, calling upon her/his experiences in sales processes, must be a deal maker and analytics to assist in building a sales operation team.


Responsibilities:


  • Understand how to sell a service offered by Amazon and be able to articulate its concept, benefits and responsibilities to the mom and pop shops.
  • Identify valuable mom and pop shops that can participate in Amazon program.
  • Identify the zones where will be better to scout for mom and pop shops due to high density, type of shop, etcetera.
  • Acquire mom and pop shops with potential to maintain customer experience.
  • Track and monitor sales performance of the scouting shops team and improve daily.
  • Coordinate the logistics required delivering packages to the customer through mom and pop shops channel.
  • Ensure packages are deliver to customer based on Amazon quality expectations through the mom and pop shops.
  • Analyze metrics results and improve them by actions taken.
  • Work with sellers force supervisor to gather requirements and helping to build the tools and processes to increase efficiency on small shops incorporated to Amazon Delivery Program.
  • Create sales strategies to achieve objectives.
  • Salesforce training.
  • This is not a remote role, being on field will be critical for the success of the role
  • Completed Bachelor's degree in administration, Industrial Engineer or related or MBA
  • Experience with ecommerce or logistics would be preferred.
  • Experience selling nascent services into new markets is desired. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Planning, prioritization and timemanagement skills.
  • Proactive and committed to getting things done.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Strong team player, acts like an owner, and ultimately focused on delivering results with high standards.
  • Disciplined in executing repeatable operational processes.
  • Consistent effort, intense commitment, perseverance and willingness to go beyond when needed.
  • Availability to travel through the country.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
