- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Master's degree in technology or management a plus
- 7+ years of experience in a Project Leadership roles.
- Mechanical/Manufacturing design experience (Assembly, PCB, Firmware, molding)
- Cross-functional project leadership (Marketing, Design Engineering)
- Advanced English skills
- Create, support and enhance specific action plans
- Project Management Professional Certified (Preferred)
- Minimum 2 years as a Project/Program manager leading 3rd party (ODM) Developments in a commercial or industrial electronic development environment
- Minimum 2 years of on-job experience with Agile methodologies and well-versed with tools like Jira, Confluence.
- Experience working with diverse teams in multiple global sites.
- Experience working as a Project/Program manager leading multi-team software development programs with iterative, continuous delivery
- Experience in electronic assembly fabrication
- Program management skills
- Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done, do things before being asked by others or forced to by events
- Ability to convey subtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience
