Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a _
Master Planner Scheduler _

Reporting to the_
Materials Manager,_

- role involves responsible_
- for working with the materials and planning teams in order to ensure on-time and efficient deliveries of final product, with zero downtime._

Here is a glimpse of what you'll do:

_ Ensure efficiency in scheduling with CTB (Clear to Build) utilization_

- _ Liaise between the Material Account Manager and Program Teams on-demand management_
- _ Work closely with production personnel on accountabilities and productivity issues._
- _ Plan efficient transaction of the process with production personnel to ensure zero downtime._
- _ Ensure smooth transaction of the manufacturing process to raw materials_
- _ Develop strategies and liaise with operational teams on capacity & equipment utilization_
- _ Work closely with operations to ensure a smooth flow from raw material to final goods stage._
- _ Use knowledge and experience of process flow to provide a useful resource to Materials on ERP and business system issues._
- _ Provide training to staff members as required._
- _ Report key metrics as required._
- _ Open to work on the production line._

Here is some of what you'll need (required):

_ BA/BS or equivalent work experience in electronics manufacturing environment._

- _ Material planning experience, Supply chain or related._
- _ Advance Excel._
- _ Fluent English._
- _ MRP knowledge._
- _ Excess and obsolete inventory._
- _ ECO, Clear to build._
- _ ERP knowledge._
- _ Experience in the production floor is required._
- _ Production control knowledge._
- _ Experience with NPI._
- _ BaaN knowledge/kinaxis (ERP)._
