BlueOvalSK | Electrify the Future of Mobility

RESPONSIBILITIES

The purpose of this role is to support BlueOval SK cash management activities:

The role covers a range of vital and critical treasury activities including cash management, FX transactions monitoring, operational activities, and reporting
Responsible for accurate shortterm cash forecasting for the purpose of supporting peak cash requirements and invest excess cash in appropriate investment vehicles
Action the wire payment request as per internal Treasury policy and finalize cash positioning
Handle different types of transactions including loan drawdowns, loan repayments, dividend receipts, supplier funding, other funding, intercompany payments on timely basis
Perform daily bank account reconciliation between system generated cash records vs. bank records in Treasury system (SAP)
Handle and monitor future dated FX transactions and multiple portfolio cash accounts
Support ad hoc process improvement projects for efficient cash management processes
Backup for other cash desk
Open for travel in initial phase for onjob training
Credit card program management Special projects as required

- need to be willing/flexible to take on assignments outside the normal scope of work

Interaction with several stakeholders such as global Treasury teams and external banks

QUALIFICATIONS

Business or Finance degree with +2 years experience in Banking / Treasury
Must have strong oral and written communication skills in English
Attention to details, good analytical skills
Good organization skills with ability to multitask, work under tight timelines, and prioritize work
Position will support follow North America cash management activities and follow U.S. bank holidays; shift time from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM ET
Ability to work independently, with limited required direction and guidance
SAP skills are preferred; Experience with automation / QlikSense, Alteryx, etc.
