    Resumen del puesto
    La persona que cubrirá esta posición será un profesional enfocado en el desarrollo de negocios en el sector financiero y de trading. Su responsabilidad principal será contactar a nuevos clientes, vender productos y servicios, mantener la calidad en las comunicaciones y analizar el mercado, todo bajo la presión de cumplir con metas establecidas.

    Responsabilidades principales

    • Cumplir con los procesos de negocio adoptados por la Compañía y realizar las tareas establecidas por el Team Leader.
    • Conocer y gestionar todos los servicios y productos relevantes de la Compañía.
    • Realizar contactos a través de teléfono, correo electrónico y mensajería instantánea para vender servicios y productos a nuevos clientes.
    • Realizar llamadas a nuevos clientes.
    • Registrar correctamente y de manera responsable todos los contactos con los clientes en el sistema CRM.
    • Analizar las situaciones actuales del mercado con los clientes para mantener su interés en los mercados financieros.
    • Cumplir con los parámetros estándar para las comunicaciones diarias con los clientes.
    • Cumplir con los requisitos de calidad para las comunicaciones con los clientes, de acuerdo con los parámetros aprobados por la Compañía.
    • Analizar las acciones de los competidores y los comentarios de los clientes.
    • Comunicar información relevante al Team Leader.
    • Buscar nuevos clientes y socios en la zona de Mexico City

    Requirements

    • Conocimiento de mercados internacionales, criptomonedas y trading.
    • Tener capacidad de hablar en público, como también redactar textos de forma competente.
    • Conocimiento en MS Office, Salesforce, OLAP.
    • Nivel de Inglés intermedio.
    • Ser una persona responsable, proactiva y enfocada al resultado.
    • Tener gran capacidad de aprendizaje y adaptabilidad al trabajo bajo presión.
    • Poseer un alto grado de atención al detalle, organización, planificación y disciplina.
