PRODUCTION TECHNICIAN

The Production Technician has the purpose of producing the number of hoses, assemblies, tensors, or bands required in his work shift, achieving the objectives of safety, quality, delivery, and cost, following the standards and policies established by the organization.


Key responsibilities (to name a few):

  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment following the standards and policies defined in its operations, according to legal, customer and corporate requirements.
  • Report any unsafe condition or quality problem.
  • Maintain facilities and equipment tools in good condition. Comply with the HSE and quality policy.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement and influence for the benefit of the way in which the organization designs, manufactures, distributes, consumes, and makes the disposal of the product.

ARE YOU DRIVEN BY POSSIBILITY?

ABOUT YOU

  • Must be able to perform physical tasks.
  • 100% working on the line
  • Must be able to work 48 hours per week, plus overtime, with reliable and consistent attendance
  • Must be able to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining quality standards
  • Must have good communication skills, with the ability to carry out written and verbal instruction
  • 1 year of experience on a similar position (minimum)
  • High School graduated or technical degree completed
