Job Description:


Your role:

Process Development and Change Management: Lead documentation, governance, and optimization of end-to-end internal business processes across multiple stakeholders. Connects, modifies, and scales existing and new business processes required to achieve business and roadmap objectives. Develop, align, and implement governance procedures across multiple stakeholders.

Employee Engagement: Coordinate with portfolio leadership teams to develop employee engagement and team development programs in multiple locations. Templatize employee onboarding resources and documentation to ensure new team members are trained, engaged, and operating effectively in their first year of service. Develop communication and materials for all-employee townhall and events.

Internal Communications: Develop ad-hoc cross-portfolio and internal stakeholder communication materials, including vision, strategy, OKRs, planning, and progress against key business and roadmap workstreams.


What you bring:


  • 58 years of experience in Product Operations, Business Operations, or Program Management.
  • Excellent and written communication, organizational skills. You are great at communicating in a way to inspire teams. You have strong verbal and written communication, listening, and negotiation skills, and are able to convey important messages in a clear and compelling manner. You can influence teams without direct authority, with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to gain trust.
  • Display a deep understanding and empathy for internal stakeholders and team members with a relentless focus on solving pain points.
  • Experience defining and documenting business processes and governance models across multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects with competing priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to change. Demonstrate high energy/creativity and entrepreneurial skills.
