Interstaff LLC is a global staffing company searching for a
qualified Abogado / Paralegal - Remote.

Position Overview:


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Draft, format, and review legal documents, including complaints, motions, pleadings, and other court filings, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal standards.
  • Assist attorneys in the discovery process by preparing and propounding discovery requests, managing document production, and responding to discovery requests.
  • Conduct thorough legal research to support attorneys in case preparation, including the analysis of case law, statutes, and regulations relevant to personal injury & employment law civil litigation.
  • Provide highquality legal writing services, including drafting memoranda, briefs, legal arguments, and other written materials that effectively present legal arguments in a clear and persuasive manner.
  • Organize and maintain case files, documents, and deadlines, ensuring that all legal deadlines are met in a timely manner.
  • Prepare, review, and file legal documents with the appropriate courts, ensuring compliance with court rules and procedures.
  • Manage attorney calendars, schedule appointments, hearings, and court appearances, and ensure attorneys are wellprepared for upcoming events.
  • Maintain the confidentiality and security of client information and sensitive documents.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in paralegal studies or law.
  • Paralegal certification or law degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a paralegal with a strong background in personal injury & employment civil litigation.
  • Proficiency in legal research, document management, and case management software.
  • Excellent legal writing skills with the ability to craft persuasive legal arguments and documents.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain professional relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work.
  • Knowledge of relevant personal injury & employment laws, regulations, and court procedures preferred
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Working From Home:

  • Quiet home office work environment
  • Willing to work in US PST time zone
  • Fast and reliable internet connection of at least 10MBPS with internet backup available
  • Dependable electricity with power backup available
  • At least 8gen i3 processors, 8GB RAM, and Windows or MAC, SSD Disc

Pay:
$25, $35,000.00 per month
