Lead on the planning & execution for TikTok's music promotion & programming in Spanish LATAM.2. Collaborate closely with the Artist Services (Music) team to develop in-app resource strategies, focusing on increasing the consumption of music content on the platform.3. Plan and execute promotion efforts for artist centric and music campaigns in TikTok.4. Manage the TikTok Sound Page, including curation of specific playlists and music promotion.5. Be responsible for the scouting of music trends and programming efforts to elevate viral tracks inside TikTok.6. Plan and execute music promotion in paid campaigns, including creator marketing.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications- Fluent in English and Spanish- 5 years experience in music-related roles, comprehensive understanding of the music industry and the artist position, with a focus on trending genres and artists in the Spanish & Latin music scene.- Experience with music promotion and media buy. - creator marketing- Advanced thinking.
