Responsable de la administración del plan de Carrera. (Inducción de personal, programa de capacitación y plan de carrera del personal). Atender auditorias relacionadas con STPS, IMSS, ETC.Coordinación y control de incidencias en nómina, así como la verificación del sistema de compensaciones aplicado correctamente en la nómina.
Gestionar la administración del personal, atendiendo las necesidades de los mismos (contratos, expedientes, nominas, incapacidades) Responsable de gestionar las relaciones laborales Responsable del desarrollo del plan de Carrera.
(Inducción de personal, programa de capacitación y plan de carrera del personal). Apoyar y promover la implementación del Sistema de Gestión de Calidad mediante procesos, procedimientos e Indicadores. Atender auditorias de SGC.Tipo de puesto:
